| Atom Energy Limited ACN 123 629 863 is a new company with an experienced Board and management whose expertise in mineral exploration, project development and corporate finance will ensure that the funds raised by this offer will be utilized appropriately in furthering the aims of the company and creating value for shareholders. The purpose of this offer is to acquire and develop a suite of outstanding uranium projects in the Northern Territory of Australia. The Company’s projects are within well known mineralized areas and have each been subject to previous prospecting and some exploration activity which has assisted in enhancing the projects’ prospectivity.
